 Rating:  - A funny, sad and true tale of the military procurement systemYears ago while attending a Defense Management College course, the Bradley M1 vehicle was one of the case studies used to illustrate the pitfalls of bad program management. This movie depicts that case study in a very funny, but truthfully sad way.
