Read More Rating: - Sad but TrueThis movie makes fun of how the US Military acquires weapons systems and takes a serious and boring subject and makes us laugh. Sadly, the message is true that the goverment wastes taxpayer money and compromise our technology edge by bogging down the process and spend too much time worrying about the politics of building something rather than the actual building of it.
