From the supplier: A study approved by the Michigan State University Committee for Research Involving Human Subjects attempted to determine the reliability and daily reproducibility of aerobic fitness measures in a group of 32 apparently healthy adolescent girls. Results showed a high degree of reliability in the use of an incremental treadmill protocol to test aerobic fitness in adolescent girls. A single VO2max test trial yielded high reliability coefficients. Citation Details Title: The reliability of aerobic capacity (VO2max) testing in adolescent girls. Author: James M.
