The IR audio transmitter didn't work for the right channel. I tried to contact the manufacturer but did not receive any response. I received a replacement from Amazon which seems to be working correctly. The screen is large, the picture looks pretty good, and it has a nice, slim profile when closed up. If this one keeps working, I'll be happy. A note on the excellent customer service from Amazon. Between installation, troubleshooting, and contacting the manufacturer, I was way over the 30 day limit for refunds/returns. However, they made an exception to the policy and sent me the replacement overnight so I could get it installed. Rating:  - limo monitorI got two of these monitors. They are great for the price. Only problem (since they are assembled in China) was the Quality of the the assembly. It's poor! I had to open one up just to find out that they didn't connect all the parts inside. Once connected it worked fine. The second one seems to flicker on and off until I put pressure on the case in a few places. I think something is loose in the second one also. This one I'm going to get exchanged. Hopefully the exchange one will work well like my first one. My only recomendation is "DO NOT BUY CHINESE" when ever possible. |
