Rating: - Great ProductPrior to purchasing my 8 GB iPod, I had a cheap MP3 player. The iPod is so much easier to use. Everything is right at my fingertips. It was a little hard to get used to the wheel at first, but now that I am, I love it. I am very pleased overall with this product. Rating: - Love itGreat item. When I first got it the screen worked for a second then went into permanent "sleep". I suspect it had been kinda bashed around by UPS. Anyway, after going back and forth w/ customer service, they had me send the item back. They repaired it and reshipped promptly. I've had no problem since. I appreciated their helpful customer service. Rating:  - headphones pretty lameWhile I am thrilled with the nano iself, the headphones are incredibly inadequate. The right one fell apart the 2nd week I had the nano and the left is all static.......very disappointed in the headphones, thrilled with the nano. Rating: - Good proportions for small handsI am very happy with my purchase. It's small enough to fit in my pocket and not so unweildy that when i'm commuting on the train carrying a ton of things, it's not difficult at all to carry/balance everything so that I can change the song. Originally, I was going to purchase the 4 GB but I felt like I was getting more for my money by getting the 8GB. Dunno why the headphone port is on the bottom...And I only hope that these IPod headphones last longer than the headphones from my last 20 GB IPod. |
