The best feature is that the instructions are clear and easy to follow, which take most of the guesswork out of performing simple repairs and preventative maintenance on your vehicle. Another important characteristic of these manuals is that they educate you to the point where you can talk intelligently and confidently to a mechanic if necessary. Depending on the nature of the work you need, this can save you a significant amount of money, and this alone will pay for the cost of the book.
