Every MOV and AVI file that I have loaded on this thing only gives the error message "format not supported." Any MP4 file that I load on the frame is not recognized by the frame at all (it just tells me there are no files there at all). The instruction book is worthless. Resolution of 800x480 - You can program on/off time - Plays video files along with the regular pictures, not just video or still pics only.
