Amazon.com: The 10th Pokémon movie introduces Dialga and Palkia, two Legendary Pokémon from the "Diamond" and "Pearl" versions of the game. Ash, Brock, Dawn, and Pikachu visit the town of Alamos, which is dominated by two lofty towers that represent space and time. Alamos has been plagued by nightmares and supernatural events that the arrogant Baron Alberto blames on Darkrai, a powerful and elusive Pokémon. Alice, a gentle musician whose grandmother discovered Darkrai, disagrees. Her professor friend Tonio proves the escalating problems are caused by a clash between Dialga and Palkia. Unless the humans find a way to end this battle, the space-time fabric will tear and Alamos will be thrown into another dimension. Ash and Pikachu save the day, with some help from Dawn and Alice. The Rise of Darkrai (2007) is most the elaborate Pokémon feature to date: the CG effects range from the graceful towers to fireworks and energy storms. The drawn characters and computer-generated special effects are better integrated than in the previous features. The results are sure to delight Pokémon fans.  Rating: - A Pretty Good Pokemon MovieGreat animation, the plot moves a good pace that keeps the action coming, and almost every character and creature that appears helps out and make themselves useful. Too bad it has a lousy dub's (as usual) Rating:  - Works Great I bought this for my Grandson and he was very Happy with it. I was very happy with the speed in which it came and the condition was very good. Rating:  - Company LIED that this would have Japanese audio.I ordered this before the release for my kids. They are bilingual Japanese and were expecting it to be in Japanese as the company promised. Now that the video has been released the ad has been changed to say English only. What a scam. Would it have been so hard to include both an English and a Japanese audio track like with all the Miyazaki movies? Now I have to return it and buy it here in Japan, (where it costs twice as much). Rating: - From A CollectorI'm an avid DVD collector who loves collecting series. I got "The Rise of Darkrai" because one of the series I collect is Pokemon. Both the movies and the series (in order up to Orange Islands now). This DVD is welcome being that it is a movie. There is no special features. I am entirely grateful for it. However, I dislike the fact that I'm forced to sit through a Mystery Dungeon preview every time I put the disc in. I can't skip it. No fast forward, no rewind, no chapter ahead, nothing, ...
