I use it every morning to eliminate the back pain that developes overnight. I would recommend this for everyone. One word of caution - I had a smaller pack that I took on a trip and had it packed in my suitcase. Read More Rating: - Excellent ice packI bought this after having shoulder surgery. I tried two or three of the fancy ice packs for shoulders, and none of them worked very well. This one is large enough to cover the entire shoulder and upper chest/back, feels very durable, and is still cold after being on for 30 minutes.
