Software was easy to install, had no problems with my PC recognizing it (my computer won't even recognize it's own sound card half the time either!) Seems to hold charge for a good amount of time, haven't had one problem out of it. Has accepted every picture format I've put on it, pics from a digital camera and a camera phone.
