![]() Rating: - Another Winner!'Rescue' carries on the series' tradition of choice excerpts (19) from well-and lesser-known authors. Therein lies the beauty of this series - I had never heard of Spike Walker (!) but after reading the riveting excerpt in 'Rescue' I ran out and bought both his books. Two of the selections are fiction, not my taste, but the other 17 tales of peril, shipwrecks, avalanches and plane crashes will have you reading all night.
