 Rating:  - GoodI'm going with a good grade only, instead of awesome because this machine is still noisy. Rating: - NiceWorks very nice, quiet. I had 2 smaller shredders in the past. Both are in the trash. This one seems to be sturdier, doesn't jam, and does it's job. Even the commercial grade shredders got jammed or simply broke. Knock on wood, this has been the best of my shredders.
