The regular is stronger and turns easier but this one is great for travelling. Folds up really small and saves about 2 lbs of luggage weight. I paired it with the TRX Suspension Straps to get a complete workout. No excuses anymore when on the road and I've seen some great results. I wrote to the company, but their response was to offer me the option of 'buying' the exercise DVD. After spending nearly $60 for their product, they want to SELL me the accompanying DVD for an additional cost of +/- $20 (with shipping)? I think not! It may be legal to sell an exercise product without a DVD to instruct the customer on it's safe use, but is it moral?This company ...
