Heats up very fast - to 450 degrees within 1 minute. 550 degrees in another 30 seconds. -wow!!!!!!!!! Cooks GREAT steak with seared in flavor - charred outside,rare inside the only way I like steak. Read More Rating:  - Outdoor oven--not a grillThis product was easy to assemble and is easy to use. It lights first time, every time. Heat is easy to control. The elevated rack is great for finishing small steaks after they have been seared. However, unlike gas grills that use lava rocks, this one gives foods no grilled, smoky flavor whatsoever. It's an outdoor oven, not really a grill. A grill pan on the stove is a much less expensive option. That said, I do plan to make the best of it and get the griddle inserts to "grill" pizzas outside. Before I ordered this grill I've owned two Weber charcoal and one Q100 gas grill. Grilling on them has been a real pleasure. This Q320 offers more cooking space than my previous grills taking up a small amount of physical space. The Q320 gets up to temperature very fast. Assembly was very simple just using a screwdriver, and hammer. You will never be disappointed grilling on a Weber. The cast iron cooking grates are much better than the usual chrome-plated wire on the cheap grills. Temperature control is precise and cooking time is cut in half from the budget brands we have used in the past. I've already recommended this grill to several friends.
