 Rating: - Makes running on the treadmill safer!I am currently in Afghanistan and its getting cold! Have been running on the treadmill indoors. Was reaching for my armband to change songs on my Ipod and almost took a tumble. Saw this watch and ordered it. Seems to work well so far. Makes the treadmill much safer. Watch is a smaller than I expected. On bigger guys it looks really small. Go Gators! Rating:  - Love it!!!I love it!!! Works great and it is so nice to be able to skip to the next song or change the volume right at my wrist. No more twisting all around wasting energy trying to get to my ipod to change the song on my long runs. It's also great because I can use my nike+ arm band on one arm to keep track of my pace and distance and still use this to go through my music.
