 Rating:  - nortonWARNING to anyone thinking about buying this product! Please understand that you will not be buying this product only RENTING it. If you do not renew every year the product stops working....COMPLETELY! I'm not just talking about updates, etc. It actually tells you that it has stopped working and it won't work unless you renew. I have just wasted more than 2 hours with Norton's online tech support. This is the case with ALL Norton products and I am quoting the tech. Rating:  - SYSTEM WORKS 2008 JUST RIGHT FOR MEI HAVE BEEN A FAN OF NORTON SYSTEM WORKS SINCE I HAVE OWNED A COMPUTER. THIS LATEST VERSION THE PREMIER EDITION 11.0 HAS ALL I NEED AND MORE. Although I went through the licensing procedure and registered my product, the backup utility that is part of this got installed as a "trial" ... Read More Rating:  - Does what it saysI have been Symantec product user for years and this is my third edition of Norton SystemWorks. Particuarly like the utilities aspect for troubleshooting. Support is good as well. Rating: - Excellent Product and serviceThe product works just great but I must mention that the service provided by Amazon was excellent. I did not recieve the product initially even though the shipping status stated it as delivered, but Amazon shipped me a replacement when I contacted them and they even upgraded to overnight shipping.
