 Rating:  - hasn't worked since day one..I purchased this about two months ago, unfortunately I didn't open it until one month ago (otherwise I would return this product via Amazon returns). From day one the printer would not print or copy in black, only in color. Anything containing black comes out completely blank. And there are absolutely no error messages being displayed. Read More Rating:  - Our best ever printer, all-in-one or not.I have had this printer, the Canon Pixma MP610, for only a month but so far it has far exceeded my expectations. I have had another Canon Pixma, not an all-in-one, and one or two other brands. This new one is significantly faster but does as fine a job printing as our old printer. It copies and scans well. It is also easy to use. But so far I have not used it much for photo work.
