The item appears to be too flimsy for constant use when extended beyond 50%. Just a note of caution. Rating: - Back ScratcherThe back scratcher works great, except that it turns on you when you try and scratch. Rating:  - Lightweight and effective back scratcherThis back scratcher telescopes to reach all the right places. It folds down to the size of a pen and hardly weighs anything at all so it is easy to carry in your purse or pocket. The "fingers" are smooth...no rough edges or spurs...so there is no danger of cutting the skin even when you bear down to get to a deep itch.
