 Rating:  - Worked for a whileI initially liked the Presto FlipSide waffle maker. I used it every weekend for the past 4 months or so. This morning it worked fine for the first waffle, then it died. No light, no heating. I let it cool off and tried again, and nothing. I would expect a waffle iron to last at least a couple of years! Rating:  - "flipped" over this waffel maker !This is a perfect waffel maker...no flaws..we love it. We use it at least once a week. Have had it now for a Month or more...Great buy for the money. These types of displays draw very tiny currents. Consider the watch you wear. Remember how tiny the battery is ? I also have a Krups (uneven heating) and a 19th century cast-iron one that I refurbished, but this Presto is awesome. The built-in timer is so convenient, and it heats the waffle perfectly evenly on both sides. It also stores very well in its slim upright position.
