It makes it hard to clean although they do sell a bottle brush specifically for this which I haven't purchased yet. Rating:  - Cap is annoyingThe bulb top on the sport top pulls off, and the twist on the spout is very sensitive. It will turn while you are drinking and shut off, then open and spill. I have been unscrewing the top and drinking out of the bottle. The sport top is a waste of money. My daughters had the regular tops on sigg bottles and they were driving me crazy asking me to open them for them every other minute. The funny thing is both bottles came with different types of sports tops. One sports top twists to open. My 5 year old is able to easily twist it to open and close.
