I'd notice the hair loss only when I'd blow dry my hair. There would be hairs all over the bathroom floor. After about a month of using these vitamins, it dramatically improved! Read More Rating: - GoodI "kind of" noticed some changes - the baby hair started growing around my hair line, I think my hair is growing faster, my nails are little stronger too. I used it for almost 2 months, I'm not sold on it yet, but will give it another 2 months, like recommended on the bottle.
