 Rating:  - Play it smart. I ordered my first cycle of Methyl-1D in January of 07. I made exstensive mass gains using this product coupled with Whey Protien. In a six month period I gained nearly 25-lbs of muscle. Obviously this is because I also followed the "Cardinal Rule" of diet and exercise too.
