 Rating:  - Never received, No Response from sellerI was very disappointed as I purchased this item hoping to have it with-in the time guaranteed. I didn't receive the item, I tried contacting the seller and I didn't receive any response. I did call Amazon and the customer care person was very courteous and put a claim in to guarantee my purchase. I am not happy with the seller but I was assured by Amazon's commitment. Things are moved around a bit, however, once I familiarized myself with the new functions it definately wins hands down over the 2003 Version. Well, with maybe 20 minutes of exploring, and making sure where the new commands were, I was pleased and impressed with the new approach. For nearly all commands, it is easier to find what you are looking for. Right clicking for the new context menus is now much more helpful. So I give this version full marks.
