The 3 small ice packs (not dry ice) melted completely over the three days of shipping. What's worse is you don't get your money back or the product replaced. Evidently standard shipping negates any food guarantee-don't do business with this company. It came when they said it would, and it came cold with ice packs. The taste was a little more on the pickled side, but i used it with pizza when i ran out of ranch dressing.
