 Rating: - RecommendThis is as good as you will probably find for packaged udon. The broth is light enough I don't hesitate to drink it all down. There are small tempura and vegetable pieces that rehydrate. You prepare the bowl by adding hot water to the noodles, draining the water with the lid provided (has holes to allow water to drain), then refill with water and let it sit for a few minutes with the included seasonings. Noodles are nice and thick, not mushy. Rating: - IT'S DELICIOUS!!!IT WAS DELICIOUS AND TASTES WAS EXCELLENT. IT'S EASY TO MAKE AND JUST POUR THE HOT WATER THEN YOU EAT. I REALLY LIKE IT.
