 Rating:  - Foam Roller Rules!I used a foam roller at the gym and decided to get one for home. This product is excellent - high-density foam with a nice washable cover. I would highly recommend it if you want to do the same gym or pilates stretches at home. Rating: - It's a piece of foamLike the title says, it's just a piece of foam. I think I paid around $30 for this, and I'm guessing it's mainly for the nice cloth cover over the foam. The product works as described. It does feel like a massage. However, I think the cover is pretty worthless, and you should just buy the foam if it costs less than this outfit. It also wasn't as big around as I wanted. I had gotten another roller for $8 on line, and it was about the same but with a fancy cover. It was $30.
