 Rating:  - Enjoyable!I have had English black pudding when I've been in England, but am more used to the West Indian version. Anyway, being a lover of black pudding, I adjust easily to the varied tastes and enjoyed this one quite nicely. It does make for a nice fill-in when I can't get the one I like best. I enjoyed eating it both cold and hot at any time, but found it tasted best fried in a little butter - not the healthiest, but good all the same. Rating:  - BlandNot what I expected. The dry ice had long ago evaporated and the pudding was only slightly cool to the touch. Tried it this morning. Similar to Irish version but a bit more bland.
