A beginner can do this and not mess it up. Recipes for bread machines but I don't use one. I use my mixer and then if I choose I knead it. Makes your house smell wonderful. The only measuring is the water. They give specific instructions and you cannot fail. Easiest enough I usually make five different loaves a day. You can do that in less than an hour. They have great dried fruits just to snack on but they are supposed to go into the bread. ...
