 Rating:  - The Results Are GREAT!This is a great way to do pushups. When using the perfect pushup I can clearly see how much more difficult it is to use. I was able to do 53 pushups without using the perfect pushup. My first time using this product I found my self only doing 19 pushups as my max. If you want to work out more muscles in your body and see better results, as I have, buy the perfect pushup. Rating: - Simple, and simply excellentWhat a smart and simple design! It takes away the strain from your wrists, the handles are very convenient to hold, it is well made, not expensive - an excellent product from every point of view. The other ingenious device is Creative Fitness Door Gym. So, it takes 5 minutes in the morning and/or in the evening: 30 push-ups + 10 chin-ups and you are done.
