The charger is wacky - the LEDs flip between "charging" and "charged" randomly, even when you put dead batteries in. The LEDs change state when you push on the batteries or change their order. On the first attempt at charging, after 5 hours, my batteries weren't charged. After a couple more tries it seemed to work, but now one set of batteries is losing its charge after 2-3 days. ...
