 Rating: - Fantastic Protein powder!This is probably one of the best tasting protein powders available. Mixes easily with water or milk with NO aftertaste. It does have higher calories (200cal/serving)than other powders,it also has fast and slow acting proteins, enzymes to help digest the proteins(so you don't bloat up), and 5g of fiber in a serving.The taste alone makes this protein powder worth it! Rating: - Great productIve used this product for 3 weeks and ive noticed an increase in lean muscle mass significantly while the low carbs help me rid of my belly fat. Friends have notice the change and i can attribute this to syntha-6 as it is the only supplement i take, other than an ordinary multivitamin. It tastes great too. Highly recommended.
