![]() Rating: - Least favorite of the four but still goodThe first time I did this work out, I stopped it in the middle. I did it again, and this time finished it, but was not pleased. I didn't touch it for months, and my mom convinced me to try it again with her, since she likes it. I got angry once again at the lack of directions. On my fourth try though, I enjoyed it. The problem is, the instructor was previously with The Firm and is unfortunately still stuck on this style of leading a workout which gives it an old-fashioned, boring and choppy atmosphere. I've been doing The Firm videos religiously for the past 4 years, and I also own the TLT videos. This workout is one that I do at least once a week and it probably one of my top 5 out of more than several dozen. The shoulder work is great and I love the cardio segments. The ab portion at the end is tough but so fun and I always do it twice. If you love a tough workout get this one!!
