I was surprised at the quality of everything. The casting is excellent with Alex Pettyfer, Ewan McGregor, Damian Lewis, Alicia Silverstone, Mickey Rourke, Bill Nighy and the rest. Read More Rating: - WE LOVE ALEX RIDER!!!!Our entire family reads the Alex Rider books. My mom is always worried about how he is going to get out of each situation. The movie was fun, but I wish it had just stuck closer to the book and story line. Anyway, we are looking forward to the next movie and of course next book!!! Read More Rating: - a good movie for kids!Our grandchildren really enjoyed this video, even though it is not a new one...we purchased it to take to a beach vacation, and a tropical storm kept us indoors for a day, so it was great to have something to entertain them. The action is exciting and the special effects are thrilling. It is refreshing to have a movie with patriotic characters who don't have to use profanity constantly.
