Rating: - Great for getting started.These are easy to grip and use, and just the right weight for me to get started. With my small hands, the seam is not really a problem, I just make sure my palms are on the opposite side. The weights have notched outer edges that keep them from rolling when put down. The color is really nice too. Would highly recommend for any woman looking to start with weight training. Rating: - Great Walking Weights!I love these cute purple hand weights! They are very easy to carry and provide just enough weight to help build those arms while walking. Especially for beginners. When it's really, **really** hot and HUMID out, they are a bit slippery and difficult to hang on to, but certainly better than those weights without the Neoprene coating.
