It measures bout 12"x12" and expands to about 22"x22" when streched out. If your ride has a cargo basket on the back rack, this little gem is a must have! Keeps things from flying out and streches to accomadate loads slightly larger than your basket. Its made by Bell(the helmet people) and well made. The price is low for the value. A GOOD BUY!
