Our dog seems to be getting a little used to the Citronella, but we're going to stick with it (we've used shock collars, and these seem so much more humane). Rating:  - the 3-pack is fine, but the whole system is complicated.The collar does its job well ONLY if you refill daily and have the collar on at the precise, magical tightness so that it fires when the dog actually barks.
