 Rating:  - This towel is amazing!If you take Bikram yoga you need this towel! It is big enough to cover your whole mat and it does not slip at all during class. It is very easy to take care of and it holds up nicely even after multiple washings. I do not recommend putting it in the dryer tho always hang dry this otherwise the little dot on the end comes off in the heat. Read More Rating: - Lets me do trikanasana with ease, if I use the towel dots up.Trikanasana was always my most feared posture in Bikram, in fact I hurt my hamstring several years ago when my foot slipped out from under me in this posture. With the Yogitoes towel, which I use upside-down (dots up) on a Manduka mat, I feel secure. I know the dots are supposed to keep the towel from slipping on a mat, but the Manduka mat already has that covered, so I use the dots to keep my feet from slipping on the towel.
