 Rating: - Interesting and moving.Mr. Perelman is a gifted violinist and his playing is simply marvellous. Watching and listening to this DVD will be a touching,moving experience for all people,in particular those who are interested in yiddish folk music, recent jewish history ,and klezmer music,all of which are part of the jewish culture that are kept here in a wonderful way for future generations. Rating: - Fiddler's HouseI had the privilege to work on this production as post-production supervisor. The whole project was an unforgettable experience. (I was also able to participate in the portions of the program that were taped in New York.) The photography is beautiful, particularly in Krakow and environs, and I can tell you that the care and sensitivity that went into the writing and editing is very evident in the final result.
