 Rating:  - Too fast to followI found this routine too fast to follow. There is not enough time to set up the tube for the various changes of exercises and I was constantly having to stop the video and restart it. Excellent instructor, but I would have liked it if the pace were slowed down and less intense so I could concentrate on the toning exercises. Disappointing because I think the tube is great! Rating:  - Great toolRemember to wear shoes with this. I love the Firm instructors! It's not so hard to do. If you are a beginner, I would suggest the Medium or light instead of the heavy one. It starts with a 6 mintue warmup, about 10 mins of cardio, 8-10 on the abs and the rest is strecthing/cool down. This is a good way to get a thorough workout in half the time on the days, you dont have 1 hour or more to exercise and still get results.
