 Rating:  - Powershred For SureMy third home/small business sherdder in 5 years. Each one has been bigger and more capable than the previous. Heat was the killer of the previous two. When you can only shred 10 sheets at a time, the run-time is longer than if you can do 15 or more. I do recommend "over estimating" your shredding needs when buying to ensure a long shredder life and an efficient shredding experience. The SB-97Cs is powerful and quiet. The shredder shred paper just fine and as advertised, but the Auto Feed Sensor malfunctioned and quit working entirely.
