 Rating:  - Addictive in its simplicity...3.5 starsIn addition to the TOMIE movies being a translation of a comic book character into film they also offer up mildly interesting reflections on contemporary Japanese life which involve teenage angst, the dating game, parent-child relationships and respecting one's elders. Of course the main mystery which pervades everything is 'TOMIE'. Then I watched a simiar edition of Tomie: Forbidden Fruit and I was hooked. Seeing the Tomie Collection in Best Buy, it was a no brainer.
