 Rating:  - POOR supportThe product has some glitches and is difficult to get up and running. Support is all but nonexistant even if you are willing to pay them what is demanded to correct problem in their software. I have however nothing but praise for the support I recieved from Amazon with my issues. Rating:  - Doesn't work on 64 bit systemI bought DNS Preferred 9. Got it, found out my computer memory was a little tight to use it, so I put it aside and figured at least it wasn't wasted money, since I would be getting a new computer in a few months and would use it then. Well, got my new computer yesterday, and went to install DNS. Right away I got an error message saying it could not be installed because it was not supported on a 64 bit system. What a waste of a lot of money! Rating: - No Dragon Fan!I REALLY tried to make this program work because I type lengthy narrative documents. Just couldn't, no matter what I did I continued to have multiple multiple errors. Quicker to type than use the program. Received NO support from Nuance and to make matters worse, returned the program for a refund in August 08 but am still WAITING for my refund. Their website was down when I received an email instructing me to go to the site for address etc so I called customer support. The address I was given was ... Read More Rating:  - Dragon NaturallySpeaking 9 preferred Product shipped quickly to the UK, but Microidea hadn't made any arrangements for paying VAT, so I was hit with a bill for £25 covering VAT and a special courier charge as well. To their credit, though, when I wrote to complain, they refunded me the £25. Then, when I tried to install the product, one of the files was corrupted, although that was (presumably) the fault of Dragon, not Microidea, and Dragon sorted it out quickly enough.
