But iTunes sucksThis product is sleek and works perfectly. But I face a problem with iTunes. I have recently formatted my machine and installed iTunes again. When I connected my iPod back it prompted me to sync the files in my new iTunes library. And I had to lose all my songs stored in shuffle. I had to copy the songs back to shuffle again.
