Even though it's freezing and windy outside I can watch a half hour show or the news and get a good workout (in good weather I play as much tennis as I can). So far I have not been disappointed and I usually spend up up to 30 minutes in a steady workout per day. It is what it is, a bike made for exercise! Read More Rating: - Great Bike; Awful SeatThis bike is actually pretty nice and inexpensive as far as exercise equipment goes. It was easy to assemble and is sturdy. The wheel is super quiet which means you can watch TV or I have even read while riding it. My only complaint is the horrible seat. It is really uncomfortable. I bought the Amazon recommended La-Z-Boy Triple Gel Bicycle Seat Cover which didn't fit quite right nor did it really help. I just sit on a cushion when I work out. Seems to work fine. Rating: - Nice and QuietI really like this little bike. I've been using it for two weeks. It fits perfectly in the corner of my room and I can watch TV without turning up the volume. I'm 5'6" so it is a nice size for me. As other reviewers have mentioned, the instructions for putting it together are pretty bad, but you can figure it out pretty easily yourself.
