 Rating:  - disappointedI purchased this to be used in my car. First of all, the band that comes with this item doesn't keep it flush with the seat so it moves every time I get in and out of the car. Very annoying! Second, it's still too bulky. I returned this item after using for 10 minutes. Rating:  - You think you need this but you don't.I wanted something small and low profile to use in my office chair. Something that wouldn't push me too far forward in my chair or take up too much space. I thought this would be perfect, but it turned out to be problematic because it doesn't move. I bought the original Mackenzie roll (the round one) and that works much better. I can place it exactly where I need it more easily and it's more comfortable. Don't mess with perfection! This is the perfect size and shape to but right behind my neck - above my shoulders but slightly below my head and against the upper end of the driver's seat-right where the head-rest meets the top of the seat.
