About Butterfly

A month later and I am still playing on the first ball. There was some concern about quality with 72 balls in a plastic bag. The balls bounce and sound fine so concerns averted.

rememeber this is USATT approved and not ITTF approved - the balls are terrible - bad shape, light and everything else that can go wrong - so if you are a serious player please do not buy these balls. But if you are a basement player then this may be a good deal.

The balls are very light and I wonder it meets the 3 star standard/ I am ver dissapointed.

I have a Robo Pong 2040 so these balls are an economical choice for me. I don't really understand where this negative feedback is coming from. I just received my second bucket of balls (my first was purchased over a year ago and the balls were fine). I personally bounced each ball and served it into the machine's reservoir; all 72 balls bounced evenly.

I play Senior Olympics and I use these balls for practice/play. They are quality balls. Butterfly makes a 3 star that is rated ITTF approved. The ITTF ones are a slightly higer rating at a greatly increased price. When I practice, I play with a lot of players that will only use the 'best' balls. I tell them we can use my Buterfly 3 stars and that is fine with them. I cannot tell any difference in the USTTA and the ITTF and obviously they can't either.
