 Rating: - Good StuffI actually prefer the taste over "normal" pasta. What else can you ask for - healthier and tastier. Now I don't feel as guilty smothering it with Alfredo sauce... Great flavor, wonderful texture, totally easy. Even if you warm up leftovers in the microwave, they'll still be al dente if you didn't overcook them in the first place.
