 Rating:  - Great stuffI bought this for a thumb injury -- what's called "skier's thumb" where you damage the ligament that attaches at the thumb's base. The Kinesio tape is very efficient -- you don't need to wrap it over itself the way you do regular athletic tape. It constricts movement in the affected area without inhibiting entirely, since the tape has built-in elasticity.
