I strongly recommend buying this! Rating: - Ok ItemI had ordered a iPod Classic Case along with this FM Transmitter and I thought this transmitter would fit the iPod when inside the case. But No! you need to remove the case each time you want to use this. There will be no contact with iPod when the Ipod is inside the case. I'm guessing that it has a lot to do with the quality and reception sensitivity of your car radio, as well as where you are able to position this transmitter. My ipod sits in a bracket mounted to an AC vent, and the transmitter hangs right in front of the car radio. If it's moved more than a foot or so away from the radio, it starts breaking up.
