Rating:  - It works like it is supposed toIf you want a heart rate monitor for when you are vigoriously working out, you need a chest strap model like Polar. This monitor works as it should. You have to stop to take a reading. I have found this model to be a good performing monitor, easy to see readout, and a great price.
