I look so forward to waking up in the morning just so I can pop in one of my KY dvd's and get my fix for the day. If for some reason I am not able to get in my KY in the morning I just feel blah. I feel so energized yet calm at the same time after completing any of their workouts. I recommend that you give this one a try. It is well worth it.
